Great place for family

This is a great place to stay with the family. House is clean, cozy, close to the stores. It was perfect for our family: our 6 and 8 years boys had fun sleeping in the bunk bed, teen girl was happy getting queen size bed and we liked the master bedroom. House is equipped with everything you might need on your vocation. We would happily come back. Well, if you come in winter time expect the house to be cold, but wood burning stove in the living room and electric heaters in the bedroom will make that stay pleasant.

Very clean!

Simply Evergreen is just what you’re looking for if peace, quiet, and nature are what you’re after. The place was just as pictured on images and very, very clean! Just a heads up, it can get cold in the house so make use of the small heaters found in each bedroom closet.

Cute little secluded spot

Cute little secluded spot. Perfect for little families that are looking for a place to make home while out In oakhurst. Not too many activities to do but if you’re looking to be more outdoor than indoor this is the spot. Close to the market and gas stations, which is a plus because other houses take about 20mins to get to the market or gas station.

Really enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! It had all the amenities we needed and a great place to relax after a long day at Yosemite. Just be aware that the place is about 1.5 hrs from the trails at Yosemite but we did not mind since we only stayed a short while.

Rustic and cozy

My family and I stayed here for three nights for our vacation to Yosemite National Park. My mom loved how rustic and cozy the place was on the inside, and how woodsy and natural it was on the outside. In fact, as we were about to turn onto the driveway, a family of four deer crossed the road in front of us and leapt into the backyard! The unit is a close enough drive into town should you need to get any groceries or want to dine out, and is a reasonable/tolerable distance to Yosemite if you can't get lodging in the park. We did a day trip to Yosemite on one day and enjoyed the Lewis Creek Trail and Bass Lake on our second full day.

House is super cute!

We had a great experience and the house was super cute and my family loved it! Great location about 30 minutes from Yosemite gates and about 5 mins from the town of oakhurst where you can get all your groceries and enjoy the restaurants! Will stay again!

Would stay again!

The house is about a half hour from the south entrance to Yosemite. Everything was clean and the communication was great with the host. I’d recommend this house and would stay again on the next trip
