Close drive to Yosemite

Great place. Used this cabin as our base for our trip into Yosemite. Quick drive to the park’s entrance and pretty close to town. Lots of food options in town as well as a Vons where we bought some food to cool up at the cabin. Cabin was clean and had clean towels, plenty of plates and utensils, they even left us some wood to burn in the fireplace. One thing, it is very dark and there is no exterior light so make sure to take a flashlight. Got some great star pictures while there. Cabin is a bit away from the main road but easy to get too.

This place is amazing!!! Seriously you get so close to nature that it is such a great reminder how beautiful life is. Especially staying here with a significant other just makes it such a relaxing and peaceful vacation stay. Worth it!

Great Stay

We had a great stay here. The property is at the end of a dirt road and right on a hiking trail - we walked about a mile and found a very pretty waterfall. We were working and found the wifi very fast and suitable for remote work and video calls. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the place overall was very comfortable and clean. Loved making fires in the fireplace. Can't recommend this place enough!

One of a kind, cozy stay!

Had a great stay here for 3 nights when we visited Yosemite. It could get pretty cold up there at night but thankfully we got use out of the fireplace (with fresh logs provided) and the heater. I loved the location and the beautiful wilderness just steps away from the cabin. Truly a one of a kind cozy stay.

Great little getaway

This little house in the mountains and trees is great. We were just wanting to get out of LA for a couple of days, and take walks in nature and this house afforded exactly that. It’s practically on the trail nearby, and the surrounding views are so serene. A tip, if coming during the winter! Arrive early in the day to set up a fire in the GORGEOUS fireplace. It will warm up the house, before dark sets in :) The kitchen and living rooms were our favorite places in this cabin, and again, the walks in the woods can’t be beat. Thanks for everything, little hideaway.

Such a Relaxing Time

I wish I could keep this cabin a little secret, but I feel compelled to highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting the area. This was our second stay here (we stayed during June) and it was the same perfect experience. The cabin is close to the south entrance of Yosemite which makes it the perfect location. The cabin is nestled in a cute woodsy community and sits on a large lot, so you feel you have privacy on all sides. Communication is great Cabin is stocked with everything you need Only a few minutes from town Bass lake is about 20 min away Large deck Beautiful views of the sequoias Such a relaxing time My family will be returning in the spring. Thanks so much!!
